Do instead of think!

During the COVID 19 Pademic many of you probably already have experienced endless hours of thinking and doing "nothing". Either there is too much going on or just everything you have to do is just in your head. Here are some ways how to encounter this problem!


Paper, Pencil

Yes! Do it the "old school" or the "non-distance learning" way. Sometimes it is very helpful just writing things down.


Think it like this: All of the things in your mind you just write them down to get your mind free. As it maybe sounds silly it helps. Not only in stop thinking too much but also to maybe find time todo other things instead.


Planning

Everyone probably heard of the option "planning". Many though see it as more useless and a waste of time. But that's often not the case. Ever wanted to do more things at one time or had a lot to do for one day? Make a Plan.

A plan gives you more opportunities. Firstly it gives you an overview of how much you actually have todo. You might even see it isn't even that much todo as it has felt in your heard. Secondly, you can manage your life more easily. With a plan, you might know when you can go out with your friends or play Videogames. You'll be able to find more time is your free time. Lastly...., you can kill Mr.Procastinator! With a Plan, you can see clearly tell Mr.Procastinator that he can't come today because you have work todo!


We don't talk anymore?

Especially during Corona, many people feel like they are losing contact with a lot of people. Family Members, Friends, that person you found cute but never really talked to him? Instead of thinking to yourself how many people you lost contact with, think to yourself how many people you could get closer again. So a little tip from us: You have the benefit of the internet.., do something out of it!
